I would like to cancel my reservation, can I get my money back?
You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of your beer spa experience. After this time refunds are no longer possible. If you would like to reschedule, please contact us!
What is included in the beer spa experience?
Our beer spa experience includes:
- The private use of the spa room of your choice for 60 minutes.
- A beer bath in a handcrafted oak tub filled with fresh water and the beer ingredients of your choice
- All towels
- All sheets for the straw sofa or bed
- Original hand-crafted, beer-based cosmetics for the shower
- Refreshing Estaminet beer at your hearts content
- As much still water as you like
Only if you book the "Luxury" experience:
- The use of a wonderful 70 C hops-aroma sauna
Can I book the beer spa for a stag party?
You can. However, please note that the capacity of our largest spa room is limited to 6 people in Brussels and 8 people in Bruges. We can only offer simultaneous sessions at the start of the day. Please contact us for more details or a bespoke offer.
We would also like to point out that most of our guests come to enjoy a relaxing moment. We ask all our guests to be respectful of each other and our neighbours. We reserve the right to refuse service to clearly intoxicated guests without the right to a refund.
